The wheels, or at least the rims, are not original. This would have had tubular rims & tires originally. What rims does it have now? I understand a lot of people switched out for clinchers early on or even before bringing the bike home from the shop. The lugs would have been lined but it does look like these have been redone. It's a nice bike. I'd put it at $300+ in my market.

Are you sure that's a '73? I've never seen a '73 with Nervex lugs. Actually I don't think I have ever seen a Competition with Nervex lugs at all.
