In 1973 Carlton/Raleigh used capella lugs on many of their bicycles. Though this seems to have varied because the Carlton factory seems to have used whatever was on hand a given day to assemble bicycles. I went and picked up this one, talked the seller down to $100 due to a crack in the seat stay. Wanted the bike mostly for the TA cranks, huret derailleurs, and nice wheels at that point.
