I would strongly suggest you NOT do this; the bike almost certainly has 27" rims with 40 spokes rear, 32 spokes front. AFAIK, you can NOT find new 40 spoke rims anymore. You will be better off just taking the rust off with Scotchguard pads. Oil the hub with a light oil like sewing machine oil.
