We ate at the Ski Tip Lodge for dinner last night, it was awesome. Cute little ski lodge built in the 1940s, it was a rustic chic old timey vibe.
Four course fixed price meal. Everything we both had was great. I got the wine pairings (cause I wasn't the one driving!) and the wines were excellent as well. Pours were bigger than they were supposed to be, things got a little merry. Great service. Casual vibe, I wore a dress but maybe only saw one other woman in a dress.
For dessert, you're invited to either stay at your table, move to the living room or out onto the patio. We went out to the patio overlooking the pond and watched a beaver swimming back and forth dragging branches to build his lodge. Peaceful.
There were three anniversary couples out on the patio- 1st, 25th, and 48th.
It's in the Keystone ski resort. Good place for a special dinner should you ever need one while in this area.
