My first 'real' ride since my big crash on 31 March. There was some family push-back "What are you, CRAZY!!!" about me riding, but we had a discussion with the neurologist and she wasn't particularly concerned, but did strongly suggest (which I'd already decided) to start out on some [boring] bike paths. This one is local (Milford) and mostly quite boring, except for where it intersects with ramps for Rt 495. So, about ten miles round trip.
As you see I used Sophia (My Torpado)
- must be the longest ride we've taken in a very, very long time. Felt good. I'm in the process of gluing tires on Geraldine's new rims, and waiting for some other bits.
