I've found that a quick spray of film of silicone oil works well. Grease may also work, but the film might be too strong causing you to have pull it super tight to get enough traction and hold.

It's a balancing act; you want enough lubrication so the parts release, and enough traction so you don't have to overtighten the draw bolt.
