Scroll down to the bottom of the page and find the drop down menu on the left. That menu allows you to choose different skins.
On a side note, I'm also running Chrome on Windows 10 and find the new scheme a bit of an eye strain. When it gets really bad, I switch over to Firefox with the "Dark Background and Light Text" extension
. (I also have Edge and Vivaldi that sees occasional use as well)
