Click on the link and you'll see that the Headsweats cycling cap is made of technical fabric, not cotton. The dripping sweat occurs on days where the air is saturated with humidity that there's no evaporation happening. But the cap does pull the sweat from my head away from my eyes at least. You've lived in my area so you know it can get pretty hot and humid, too. On any normal (humid, but not 90%+) day, the sweat will all evaporate.
