If the humidity ever gets high enough, try a ride at 90-95% humidity and see if your cap still stays dry. I didn't ride this morning but it feels positively dry outside now compared to when I left the house. Not certain what it was then but it is 80°F and 77% humidity right now. Yesterday morning was probably comparable but a bit cooler and it was 60°F and 99% humidity then.
