Man...look up GCN's video on saddle height.
Honestly, try his heel method. Then measure your inseam and calculate .883 of it and see if you're in the ballpark. Then at most 1cm up or down after going on a 10 mile ride.
And you can look up KOPS or just start with your saddle in the exact middle of the rails if you really aren't sure what you're doing. Since you have thigh rubbing issues (since you have a 155 I'm assuming you got measured), you may want to start one number on the rails infront of the middle...try that and let me know how it works out...
