They look like the pedals you have pictured which use an older version road cleat called SPDR which is different from the currently produced cleats SPD and SPD-SL. I don't think you can buy SPDR cleats new any more, and you'd have to scour the internet for either old used ones or new old stock (old ones that weren't used and thus still "new").

I wouldn't buy those pedals if I were you. Easier to buy some new ones like Look Keo2 or Shimano R540 for less than $50 that come with new cleats and can find new replacement cleats very easily.

Yes they look just like those, very different cleat indeed well gonna have to keep looking then, thanks for the reply!
