I had a B-17 and it was comfortable, but it got rained on at the beginning of a 100 mile race and was an a$$ hatchet by the end. And yes, I had been using proofide. I'm sure some internet expert will tell me what I did wrong but I don't need something so fragile it can't stand a little rain.


Bought a Selle Italia Flite Flow and have put several thousand miles on it without complaint. Will gladly buy another for my road bike soon.
