Jumping off curbs, landing from the sidewalks.....are you riding in the street or starring in a stunting video? First thing I would do is change your style of riding. That is the cheapest and probably most efficient thing you can do.

Are you getting random flats or is it when you specifically come off a curb?

And if you would like to continue riding aggressively like you are, I might suggest a mountain bike, as those wheels/tires are far more appropriate for your style of riding.
