Assuming 40% of that's on the front wheel, that's 86 lbs of weight on the front wheel. That's an approximation, of course; the amount of weight on the front wheel will vary depending on terrain, how you're riding, etc.

It looks to me like 30 psi should be the most comfortable, and most efficient, tire pressure.
Yeah, that chart confused me as well.
