Just got this, it came (indirectly) from the Pratt and Whitney factory. It needs chains and a clean up. The stock steel basket is pretty heavy, anyone have ideas for an inexpensive retrofit? Should I touch up the paint or go with a new color?

Probably just going to primer the worst spots and put it on the road so that my visiting mother in law may use it.

Seller had a NOS saddle to include with sale. Everything spins smoothly especially the bottom bracket. The coaster brake hub feels smooth but a little sluggish, will ask around about what maintenance it might need.
