Up slides you back. I had this issue about a month ago and was thinking - well - mid 50s - it is time. Until I remembered (another age thing??) I had done a saddle adjustment.
Anyway tilting up slides butt back. the back bend is important, but tilted pelvis slides to front and weight added to bars.
