Don't forget that it's not just about nutrition during the actual ride. You need to build up your reserves for this epic adventure. Remember to carbo load during your tapering! I recommend Olive Garden- their neverending pasta and breadsticks just can't be beat for cyclists. Go to lunch and/or dinner at least three times a week until your ride. Trust me. You'll be thanking me so much on the day.
