Aloe Vera on the bum

This summer I've had some bumps on my sit bone area which were kind of like acne or inflamed hair follicles. I suspect it's been because of the heat. Was using "Chamois Butt-r" on my padded shorts on my daily commute (about 22 miles total). Was also doing a lot of daily cleansing of the area, some with hydrogen peroxide. Ran out of the old Chamois Butt'r, went to buy some more. Performance Bike had Chamois Butt'r, also a cheaper product of their own called "Performance Original Chamois Cream". The latter product has this ingredients list: water, coconut oil, cocoa butter, shea butter, aloe vera and some other, lesser amount ingredients. "Chamois Butt-r" has non- natural ingredients, don't remember them all.

Seemed like something with Aloe might be good, made the switch, a day after starting in with the "Performance Original Chamois Cream" my issues all disappeared. Been using it for maybe a month, no recurrence.
