Take out the sealant, use a CO2 cartridge to make it seat.
deflate, put sealant, inflate with a regular pump or regular compressor.

CO2 cartridge will inflate much faster than the gas station or home compressor, but it does screw up and solidify the sealant, so that's why, if you have to, you do it without the sealant just to have the tire to seat.
