Hmm. Seems to be quite a few additions over just a carbon.

Here's the "upgrades" I noted:

Thru-axles front and rear with 142x12 rear
Wheelset for thru-axles
Tubless ready rims (I think the alu trail is not tubeless ready)
Schwalbe G-One tires, $60+ each for these tires
SRAM rival crankset
RS805 calipers are slightly better than the RS785

That is a pretty severe price difference tho, not sure it's worth it.
