Good progress.
I think the brakes were swapped for the 27" replacement wheels.
The hubs may not be Normandy, the front skewer may be Campagnolo... The hubs too, I have a gut feeling the wheels are off a Motobecane. "Tipo" hubs with Record flange holes.
Wheels are 700c, hubs are Campy. I'll post some pics this evening after I pick it up from the shop.
