There's a new bike map out (in the format of a AAA TripTicket, for folks that remember those) for Pittsburgh to DC via the GAP and C&O Canal Trail.

I've built the map, and Golden Triangle bikes is publishing it.
Proceeds support Operation Safety Net, which provides streetside medical care to the homeless.
