Do you know if it's one of the aluminum reproductions? Those are actually quite nice since they're noticeably lighter than a steel cruiser.

Being a single speed, I'd still peg value in low $100s. The Schwinn internal-geared, multi-speed aluminum cruisers sold for $500-$700 in the late 90s and fetch considerably more.
