Edit: No I haven't used them. I looked at them though and they were very nice quality. Someday maybe I just didn't think they would fit all my stuff.
These are the successors to the Tailwind panniers of yore. I still use a pair of front Tailwind bags.

The techwinds are the right size, but very pricey - Angletech Techwind Panniers : Angletech/CycleDifferent Seems like they are aimed at the recumbent market these days.
