The black stays and forks are reminiscent of an X-4 Argentin, which this not. The decal scheme is 1988-1989 and the tubing decals appear to be either Formula One or Formula Two. While I can't see any of the embossing that I would normally expect on a Bianchi of this apparent level and era, it does have the Gipiemme fork ends which were used by Bianchi and typically restricted to the Formula One and Formula Two models. The components themselves are 1986-1987 Shimano New 600EX which was used on the mid-range Bianchi Limited.
