Gorgeous, should be a poster. Also, OP, assuming everything is assembled correctly, just tighten 604/1 or 140/1 or 3396 depending on what you have. They don't need to be "tight" the just need to be "tight enough to resist the spring in the derailleurs" so don't go cranking on them with a pair of pliers. If you NEED pliers to get them tight enough, then you most likely have them assembled incorrectly.
