What should be the first step to take training to next level.
Have been seeing results more on all A Events getting personal best times.
What would be the first thing to consider when wanting to improve and take training to next level?
I already do good endurance. and hard rides like intervals, maybe i could do more?
i am thinking eating more leaner, less fat? lose weight
what should i look into when wanting to up the training and improve more?
