I rarely get shocky from an injury, but this one had me on the floor for a bit; hadn't slept well the night before and was feeling punky lousy when I woke up. Home by myself, took a few tries to get up and drive myself to the ER.

So kids, if you must trim a hedge, use both hands.
Mr. H is under strict orders. He must not go up on the roof when he is home alone. Because he has fallen off the roof. Slid into a shrub and was uninjured, fortunately. But still. No more roof unless I'm home to call 911. Ditto for climbing up into the palm trees.

Good luck racing this weekend. Of course we all know what you were really doing is just trying to increase the difficulty factor.
