Bought all weather tires with some puncture resistance and new continental tubes to go with them. Took both old bike tires off, replaced tubes and could not install the last 8-9 centimeters of the tires even gently using a lever ( yes, the tires are the correct size 700 X 25). Maybe because of the type of tire or that they are new, they are super stiff. Before the embarrassment of going to the shop with my 2 tires partially mounted, I think I have read:
1) heat them with a hair dryer?
2) set them out in the sun for a while?
Any other suggestions?
