I think what [MENTION=3283]caloso[/MENTION] is pointing out is that some of the things that you are interested in improving require different training methods and some of them are somewhat incompatible (lose weight & you may lose muscle which will make you slower on the flats). You would benefit the most from identifying specific weaknesses and priorities and then working out your training plan from there.
