Stupid move of the day
Not wanting to drive a car for 3 1/2 blocks, and being to lazy to walk. I grabbed my helmet and jumped on my fisher. I have been using it as of late to just run around town and had yanked off the good knobbies and put on a set of slicks. I remembered I had done this as I hit the ice and snow at the end of the drive way. and by the time I hit the curb at the oppisite side of the street closely followed by the bike I had figured out this was not the smartest thing I had done today. Bike is fine, gloves have a few holes, left knee is a mass of road rash and the pride is wounded. SO I got back on the bike and ran my errands. Then 45 minutes doing intervals on rollers. I think its ging to be a long winter.
