I have a 28 hole Shimano 600 (64xx series fits 8-10s HG cassettes) without an axle. If you've got the guts for it I'd be down to trade for any of the following: 3x8 Rapid Fire shifters, a Shimano indexed RD of the first or second generation (Light Action SIS all-alloy would be great), nice short pull flatbar brake levers, decent ergo drops with a 25.4 or 26.0 clamp diameter, or 9s Shimano cassettes without spiders so I can use them with D/A 8s bar end shifters on a 7s freehub (8 of 9 cogs with 9s spacers)
