Thanks guys , I'm really enjoying riding again after so many years.
This last weekend I did a "Forest Gump" and just started riding early Saturday.
I did 24 miles and couldn't believe it.
Then Sunday I did 28 miles , I only came home because I forgot some meds ......
I have noticed that I can decrease my hydrocodone per day when I ride more miles.
Must be a blood flow or endorphin thing but it works.
There is no place around me that's truly flat , so I'm getting familier with hills quickly.
I guess riding is like a "good drug" for the body.
Not too shabby for the soul either.
Thanks again.
