Bikes: (2) ti TiCycles, 2007 w/ triple and 2011 fixed, 1979 Peter Mooney, ~1983 Trek 420 now fixed and ~1973 Raleigh Carlton Competition gravel grinder

Lots. I use three pedal/cleat styles and try to keep cold weather shoes in each a full size larger for socks. Plus I have had fit and chronic injury issues. 7 pairs on a shoe tree plus a few more. (Pedal/cleat systems - LOOK Delta black: basic no-float my knees love, traditional slotted cleats on semi-platforms and toeclips: same no-float but with much more security for 200 RPM fix gear descents and SPD/MTB pedals for my gravel bikes.)

Currently not all are fully functional. I learned 18 months ago that my legs are substantially different lengths and have been making 1/4" plate shims for the right cleats. But not all shoes work, especially walking, after you do that so they require custom work with shoe rubber. Some I still ride pre-shimmed, but I would get an earful from my PT if she knew.
