Value is highly subjective, sweat equity, overhaul, tune, strip and flip, etc. all contribute greatly as well as your local market and many other things. I would imagine you did well on the acquisition. What you get out of them will be primarily up to you and how much time and effort you put into the project(s) as a whole and individually. All of these are solid middle to lower value IMHO.
