68x107 refers to bottom bracket diameter/width, not cranks. And it doesn't really tell you anything about what you need. Honestly, if you have functional cranks and bottom bracket on the bike now, just leave them on there. Take off one of the chainrings and install some singlespeed chainring bolts, and voila, singlespeed cranks.
