Planned on 3x5 VO2 but then I learned my bike was broken. Got my Stages swapped over to the cross bike, but it took a while since the road bike had an Ultegra crank and the cross bike had Rival. For once it's a good thing I've been using a road BCD crank for CX. Might do the intervals in the morning, though it's getting perilously close to race day on Saturday.
