I recently bought a new Specialized Roubaix Sport SL4 (a little over 400mi on it so far over 3.5 weeks or so) and it's been making a lot of noise. Any riding out of the saddle (especially steep climbs) produces a clicking noise that goes right along with my cadence, and there's a rattling coming from either the shifters or the internal cable routing when I go over anything remotely bumpy.

I took it to the LBS to have them check it out. One mechanic thought it might be the headset and made sure that was tightened correctly - still clicked. Another mechanic thought it might be the bottom bracket. He took it out and regreased it - still clicking (and maybe some slight creaking now).

The sounds are driving me nuts and they're all I can think about when I'm out riding. It doesn't seem like a $2,000 bike should produce this much noise, but I feel like a giant pain going in there all the time asking them about it. They've been awesome and willing to help, but I feel like I'm being annoying. Am I being too picky or unreasonable?
