I was depressed Monday and Tuesday and Wednesday. I knew riding to work would help, but I was too depressed to do it. I did it yesterday, and it was just what the doctor ordered. I had a good day at work, too.

I have today off, as we have Fridays off in the summer. I'll take a nice fun ride to keep the momentum.
