I used to have a Blackberry, but Virgin Mobile seemingly cut the data speeds for the Blackberry users. My wife would have great speeds and mine would be at a crawl over the same network.
They also had a separate customer service department for Blackberry only. I think they were desperate to eliminate all the overhead so they pushed out the users by making the service to them horrible.
