Feel a tad lazy; didn't ride to work today because its supposed to be 110+ and after riding in 115+ I felt off for a week. Never really believed in not riding in heat until that but now it worries me.
Its one thing to go out in that heat after work when you can just turn around, but when you are locked in to a 12 mile commute to get home that can be dicey. Even riding in Zone 1 doesn't help.
I ussually commute home in 95-100, 23/25 miles home. You kind of get used to it esp if your local crits are in the same temps 5pm
