Crazy hot day here. 96 now with heat index of 114.
I did the normal Saturday hard group ride. I only had two bottles with me though, and it wasn't enough. Finished the last of it maybe 15 minutes from home, soft pedaling at that point, but when I got in the door I chugged a glass of water. I immediately had intense stomach pain and got nauseous and light headed. Had to lay down on the bathroom floor because I felt like I was going to puke and/or pass out. Lasted maybe a minute or two, really weird and scary. Never had that happen before.
