The Mirada is close to bottom of the line
Schwinn catalogs, 1991 - 2000 (11 of 577) High tensile steel frame, claw hanger rear derailleur, and perhaps a little too large.
I'm close to your height, so I'm guessing the Trek would fit. You could ask $80 and settle at $100. Probably best to do your bartering in person than through emails.
There's this too, but it has a love it or hate it type of paint job (I happen to be in the 'love it' camp). It's lugged, thumbshifters, the pink decal near the seat is probably a Tange MTB Cr-Mo sticker.
