There is no need for any of that.

Detailing spray, quick wax - that stuff is intended to be kept in the trunk of your car for touch ups between washes. Drive through a sprinkler on the way to work and you can touch it up in the parking lot. That kind of thing. Unless you are carrying a spray bottle of the stuff in your saddle bag, there is no need for it.

The cheaper stuff has silicone in it. I would never spray silicone on bike or car paint.
