Are you using drop bars? Most LHT owners do, but a minority don't.

Agree 100 percent. When I had a LHT, I probably should have had a 60cm if you judge by height, but I got a 58cm frame. Yet I still had a stem of only 80mm, if I had gotten a 60cm frame I would have had trouble finding a stem that would be short enough to fit right.

I am assuming the OP will use drop bars, if flat bars are used the top tube length for a LHT is even more critical.
