Bikes: Surly Long Haul Trucker, Gary Fisher Hoo Koo E Koo, Dahon Mu P 24 , Ritchey Breakaway Cross, Rodriguez Tandem, Wheeler MTB

Shift up a couple of gears. Then hold your handle bars with your hands fairly wide apart, then stand up. IMO you'll find it not difficult.
