Smoking. That other kind of smoking I neither participate in, nor want to be around folks that do.

I am 69+ and most days ride my Surly Troll 10-20 miles, when it is not too hot or too cold here in North Central Florida. On days that exceed what I consider a comfortable and safe temperature range (for me), I head to my exercise room which has a stationary recumbent on which I can do the same workout.
