Depends, what's the use for this bike? I'd go with the stainless as an all around good cable. The teflon is a pain because you have to scratch it off where the anchor goes to get it not to slip.
It's nothing special, just a knock-around bike, one I can lock to a tree and leave for a while when I'm off hiking. I got it cheap, and it is cheap, but it's one I won't worry about getting stolen too much.
