Cool! Last week, two adult turkeys flew across the MUP at a local metropark. Startled me, since they were at eye level and about 20 feet ahead of me. I see turkey buzzards pretty often, but those are the first turkeys I've seen since moving to Columbus 2 years ago.
Road finds: A $29.99 wireless Bontrager cycling computer in perfect condition. Unfortunately, a replacement wireless speed sensor and magnet runs about $20, so it's a fancy clock on my dresser. On another ride, I saw a cell-phone sized Garmin, but it had failed the car test - couldn't take the pressure!
Passed a landscaper's limb lopper, but it was ~3 feet long, so I left it on the shoulder.
