If a conversion were to exist (doubtful), it would cost a good proportion of what you would invest in a new set of clipless pedals. If you're handy, you could probably figure out a way to get it to work, but 1) you would need the mechanism from a set of donor pedals, and 2) about 16 hours of labor.
